About Empowered Practice

Through faith, Trista Koch entrusted God to guide her way through a series of trying events leading to an inspiring and uplifting experience that enabled her to rediscover her passions, priorities and values in life. Realizing she had not been alone in her paradigm of dissatisfaction of life and career, a hunger grew to share her path to loving life again, and so Empowered Practice was founded.

Trista is a Holistic Life and Business Coach and she makes a difference in people’s lives. I coach midlife women (40 years young, plus) who are at a point in their life or career that they want to intentionally create a new future by accepting where they have been and realizing that they have the power to move forward!

Though her niche is working with midlife women, she enjoys coaching all individuals, as well as business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving their goals for a successful and prosperous life full of happiness!

As you accomplish your specific goals, you will notice other areas of your life improving as well. This is because nothing exists in isolation, you change one thing and you instantly influence another.
